“A Deschutes County local resource for early intervention (age birth through 3) and early childhood special education (ages 3 through kindergarten): HDESD provides early childhood developmental support, including screening, evaluation, and specially designed instruction for young children with special needs. If your child is determined to be eligible for services, there is no cost for those services.”
