Overview
If you have a child whose sibling (sister or brother) has special needs, Sibshops is a great opportunity to support your “typically-developing” child. By joining with other kids who also have a special needs sibling, Sibshops offers kids a chance to play, hang out, and support each other. Currently offered on the third Saturday of each month. “Sibshops is a sibling group for brothers and sisters, ages 8-13, of children with special developmental needs. Siblings can share stories, give and receive support, as well as, have fun with children who have similar experiences. Online at this time with limited group size.”
