Overview

ASO is a wealth of information on autism, from how to seek an autism diagnosis to support groups for parents, children and teens (online and in person). They offer free webinars & videos that are easy to understand. ASO even offers a “take a break” (gift card for a parents’ night out) and “take a breather” (for autistic adults 16+) – so generous!
