Meet the people who research programs and services for the village

Amanda Hamer

Amanda is the mother to a wonderful young-adult daughter with Down syndrome.

As the founder of the nonprofit Diversability Inc., she brings a strong background to finding, hiring and understanding the role of support professionals in the life of an individual with an intellectual disability (I/DD).


Michael Boll

Michael is the father to a very active 20-something young man with profound I/DD. 

He is always on the lookout to share existing and new recreational opportunities in Central Oregon.

Michael helps his wife r8j their nonprofit, SENIA International, along with serving on various board in the community.

Mia Swanson

Mia brings a background and education in mental health to the team along with a commitment to a person-centered philosophy.

She thrives by hearing the stories of others, and learning deeply from the people around her.

Mia is the Program Director at Full Access High Desert


Zabrina Childers

Zabrina impacts the community with her understanding and graduate work in mental health and working with individuals with an intellectual disability (I/DD). 

When not watching Korean dramas (with subtitles) she revels in the rewarding experience that comes from serving individuals in the community.

 Zabrina is a Personal Agent at Full Access High Desert


Mary Elizabeth Johnson

Mary Elizabeth is ridiculously curious and passionate about neurodiversity. 

She contributes marketing strategy experience, combined with a personal and professional knowledge of differently-wired kids. 

Mary Elizabeth is an educational assistant with HDESD, Early Childhood Special Education.
